Safe at Home 

When the pandemic hit, our client needed a pivot in their social strategy. Focusing on the importance of value exchange, we worked with the social team at ADT to create a facebook group called Safe at Home. We created strategic social posts with tips, activities, recipes and more that anyone could do while staying safe at home. We also created a broadcast spot with UGC from ADT customers using our Safe at Home messaging.

The Results

 

ADT saw it’s highest engagement to date. They were featured in a Resilient Success Story on Facebook for business, highlighting ADT’s 89% lift in ad recall and 40% lift in action intent from our Safe at Home efforts. The Safe at Home campaign saw efficiencies with a 16% increase in CTR (6.20% vs 5.34%), which is the highest CTR brand social has ever seen.
